Terms & Conditions - the basics

One Team Property Inc offers bundled property maintenance services including, but not limited to:

  • Pool and BBQ cleaning

  • Landscaping and yard care

  • Window washing

  • Solar panel cleaning

  • Power washing

Service availability may vary by location and season. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Booking and Memberships

Clients may book services online or by phone. Monthly membership plans include scheduled visits based on the selected bundle.

  • Quotes are free and typically provided using remote tools (e.g., Housecall Pro, Google Maps).

  • Site visits are available upon request.

  • Memberships auto-renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or as outlined in your membership agreement. We accept major credit cards and digital payment platforms.

  • Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

  • All prices are listed in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

Referral Bonus

We offer a $500 referral credit for each new client referred who signs up for a qualifying service plan.

  • Credits are applied to your account and are non-transferable.

  • Referral bonuses may be subject to verification and eligibility criteria

Liability and Access 

We take great care in servicing your property. However, One Team Property Inc is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or equipment

  • Delays due to weather or access restrictions

  • Third-party service providers retained by the client

Intelectual Property

All content on www.otpinc.online—including logos, images, and written materials—is the property of One Team Property Inc and may not be reproduced without permission.
