Limitations of Liability
One Team Property Inc shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the improper use of our services. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their property is in a safe and suitable condition for the services to be performed.
Scope of Services
Our services are limited to the tasks explicitly stated in the service agreement. Any additional work or unforeseen issues that arise during the service will be addressed separately and may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about their property and any specific requirements or concerns. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the quality and safety of the services provided.
Inspection and Acceptance
Upon completion of the services, clients are encouraged to inspect the work and report any issues within 3 days. Any claims or complaints made after this period may not be considered.
Changes and Modifications
One Team Property Inc reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service appointment by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 5%. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.
Refund Policy
If clients are not satisfied with the services provided, they may request a refund within 3 days of service completion. Refunds will be issued based on the nature of the complaint and the extent of the work performed. Partial refunds may be provided if the service was partially completed or if issues were resolved satisfactorily. Full refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and the client's cooperation in resolving the issue.
One-Year Guarantee:
One Team Property Inc guarantees the quality of our work for one year from the date of service completion. If any issues arise related to the work performed, we will promptly address and rectify them at no additional cost. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials used. Please contact us immediately if you experience any problems, and we will ensure they are resolved to your satisfaction.
